Payment settings

In this section of the documentation, you will find information regarding the Setting sub-menus of WPBooking menu.

WPBooking allows you to offer your customer a choice of payment options.

1. Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer payment method, commonly known as direct bank transfer or wire transfer, is a gateway that doesn’t require payment to be made online.

Orders using Bank Transfer are set On Hold until payment clears outside of WPBooking. You, as the store owner, should confirm that payments have cleared bank accounts you list in Bank Transfer before processing orders in WPBooking system. It is important to verify that you are paid before shipping an order and marking it as Complete.

2. Configure your settings:

  • Check to checkbox to activate bank transfer gateway will be offered to your customers.
  • Choose the title shown to customers during checkout
  • Description – Add info shown to customers if they choose Bank Transfer method
  • Bank Account – Enter account name and number, bank name, routing number, IBAN and/or SWIFT/BIC numbers shown to customers on the Checkout page

  • Payment Failed: Orders are payment via Paypal but fail in the payment process for reasons such as network connection error, account of insufficient funds, etc
  • Completed a part: Orders are payment via Paypal but that is only part of the total amount of money would pay for orders
